These terms govern your use of books.stevehodgkiss.net and book purchases from Steve Hodgkiss.

What you are buying

Each book is a one-off purchase of the full edition PDF for £10. The free HTML edition is free for everyone, no purchase required. Buying the full edition gives you the complete book — the free edition is a genuine sample, not a teaser.

Licence

Your purchase is for personal use only. You do not have redistribution rights: please do not share, resell, or republish the file or its pages.
Extra copies for your team or as gifts? Email sales@stevehodgkiss.net.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, which handles card processing, receipts, and VAT/sales tax. YEMPay payments are processed by YEMPay. Prices are shown before you confirm.

Refunds

See the refunds policy. In short: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Liability

The books are provided for information only. Always test commands and configurations on your own systems before relying on them; we are not liable for losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
